  • “As the foreman, Cally kept us up to date on all stages of the build, answered our questions (we had a lot) and ensured we were always aware of next steps. The best thing - his work was just impeccable. We also really appreciated having Cally around because he always took the time to understand what we were after, and we enjoyed discussing design ideas with him. He has such a good eye for detail and knows what will look good in a space. As a result of those conversations, Cally added some wicked design touches, building some beautiful recessed shelves in both the loft room and bathroom for us. 

    We couldn't be happier with our loft and Cally and team were just an absolute pleasure to have around. If I had any concerns, I would speak with Cally and he would sort it, in a very chilled and professional manner.     Overall our loft experience was very smooth and stress free, and we put that down to having Cally around. He's an absolute asset to have on any job - creates a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and he's excellent at what he does. Our daughter still misses him. Another talent of Cally's - managing a tantruming 2 year old when nothing else seems to work. He's a top guy and we cannot recommend him highly enough.”

    We found Cally to be very courteous and amenable. He always turned up on time each morning and worked incredibly hard. He and a team member cleared and took the old loft structure apart, saw in the steel beams and constructed the framework for the new loft space.

    The daily work schedule was fully explained to us each morning, so we knew what to expect, and care was given to protecting the rest of the house from dirt/dust and potential damage. At the end of each day, he ensured that our front and back garden was clear of any debris and sent one of his crew round to the neighbours on either side of our house to clear any mess from their gardens too.
